RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Did not like the Water Flosser you shopped from Nicefeel? Changed your Mind? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a piece of water flosser but change your mind later and decide not to use it. We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. We will be happy to take back such products you have shopped from Nicefeel. However, products shopped under any offers using discount codes are not eligible for returns and refunds. Please note the below for returning your Nicefeel purchases.
Inform: The return must be communicated to us within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. You can email us at email@example.com to inform us about your return and we will call you back to explain you the return process.
Return: The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day you receive your water flosser. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if the product is damaged.
Refund: We will refund as per our Refunds policy.
Mode of Refund
- For payments made through online transactions, refunds will be made to the same card / wallet with which the order was paid.
- Products purchased under any promotional offers using discount coupons will not be eligible for returns and refunds
- Products purchased from 'SALE' section on our website will not be eligible for returns and refunds
- Damaged products returned will not be eligible for any refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days from the day we receives the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders.
